We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Workflow data and AI interaction logs are retained for 90 days to support the Glass Window audit trail, after which they are automatically deleted. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), encryption at rest, role-based access control, and regular security audits. API keys are stored encrypted and never exposed in logs or the Glass Window display.
